When: Saturday, December 14, 2024
From 2:00 PM ET –  Until Alma Mater + 30 minutes
(Doors open at 2:00 PM | Kickoff is at 3:00 PM)

Metro (Highly recommended):

• Use Metro Center Station (red, blue, silver & orange lines)

• Exit using 13TH ST & G ST NW entrance/exit

• Walk one block (~4 min) on G Street toward 14th Street. The venue is at 699 14th Street NW.

Driving / Ride Share:

• Traveling from the stadium? Allow extra time for traffic to ensure arrival by kickoff!

Parking & Drop-Off:

• Various nearby parking options are available within a 3–8 minute walk

• Drop off guests first if needed, then park your vehicle

• Reserve your parking ahead of time using Parkopedia​​​​​​

Entering the Building/Venue:

• Have tickets and ID ready (digital or physical)

• A welcome ambassador will guide you to the 10th-floor
   

Food & Drinks:

• All guests will have access to snacks, food, and non-alcoholic beverages

• Guests age 21+ can enjoy an open bar (beer & wine)—get your wristband at the door; government or state-issued ID is required for those wishing to partake

• Guests with vegan/vegetarian preferences: Look for your green wristband—your meals will be set aside

• Children with allergies will wear red wristbands for added safety

• Those who indicated food restrictions on registration will receive a follow-up email 
   

Accessibility and Layout:

• The venue is wheelchair accessible

• An unattended coat/stroller room is available

• Spaces include:

  • Main Viewing Room:

    • Seats 120 guests at tables

    • Features a ~24’ x 7’ screen with two 100” side screens.

  • Kid Zone:

    • Seats up to 36 with three 75” screens and fun activities

    • Bring extra toys/activities for your kids, if you wish

**Important Note: Children 12 and under need adult supervision; Children 13+ can navigate independently (parents remain responsible)**
