2025 was a year of accelerated impact for the Emily J.T. Perez Foundation (EJTPF). In year two of our programmatic relaunch, we expanded our reach, strengthened our programs, achieved a NPS of 87.5–93.75 across our programs, and deepened our commitment to empowering women veterans and the next generation of young women leaders. With the support of our partners, donors, and volunteers, we turned momentum into measurable progress and positioned the Foundation for long-term growth. 

 

EJTPF 2025 Annual Report highlights include:

• 181% increase in revenue year over year, reflecting growing belief in our mission and expanding community support. 

  ​

• Official partnership with the Atlanta Vibe, helping amplify our voice and elevate awareness around support for women veterans through Resilience Bootcamp. 

  ​

• Participant-centered program design, with Emily’s Way programs continuously shaped by feedback, lived experience, and real-time adaptation. 

  ​

• Resilience Bootcamp outcomes that showed stronger confidence and emotional regulation, with “highly confident” ratings in leveraging personal strengths increasing from 23.5% to 40%, and emotional regulation improving from 52.9% to 93.3% rated “good” or “excellent.” 

  ​

• Camp Emily’s Way results showing meaningful growth in confidence and leadership readiness, including 95% of campers reporting increased self-acceptance, self-efficacy, and wellness, 92% saying they can now reframe failure as an opportunity for growth, and 89% saying they can identify their strengths and use them effectively. 

  ​

• A finalized strategic plan and five-year growth plan to help ensure the permanency, sustainability, and long-term impact of the Foundation. 

  ​

• Strong financial stewardship, with 88 cents of every dollar invested directly into programs that strengthen women veterans and equip girls to lead.
